Course & Learning Objectives

• Learn the philosophy and principles of AgilePM in a project situation
• Configure the lifecycle of an agile project to a given scenario

This eLearning is divided into 2 levels

Foundation

The Foundation level aims to confirm that you know and understand the AgilePM method well enough to be able to work effetively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting AgilePM.

Practitioner

The Practitioner level aims to confirm that you have sufficient knowledge and understanding in order to apply the method in a range of different project environments and scenarios.
