Learning Objectives

PRINCE2 Agile® provides a solution for organisations and individuals who wish to combine the flexibility of agile concepts with the structured approach of PRINCE2 project management.

Participants will learn how to apply and adapt the PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes and management products in an agile context and will be ready to take your PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner exams.

How long will I have to study to prepare for the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation & Practitioner certifications?

The Foundation level involves approximately 15-20 hours of study time and the Practitioner level involves approximately 25-30 hours of study time. This learning path will consist of a combination of computer supported training using the e-Learning, references to the PRINCE2 Agile Handbook and supporting documents ( included in the product), and the completion of the practice tasks and tests. You will need between 2 weeks and 6 months to complete this study, depending on your other commitments.

When you purchase this PRINCE2 eLearning, you will receive a license for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner exams vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Who will benefit from this course ?

This course will provide participants with management controls for agile development, while experienced agile practitioners will understand the governance requirements of PRINCE2.

This qualification is designed for PRINCE2 users who are practising Agile, or who want to become more Agile, It can also be beneficial to agile practitioners who wish to adopt PRINCE2 project governance to complement their existing agile practices.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for the Foundation level. However, a basic knowledge of PRINCE2 principles and Agile is highly recommended. 

For the Practitioner level, you will first have to successfully pass your PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam.

PRINCE2® Agile Foundation Exam

• online proctored exam
• Objective testing
• One-hour multiple-choice exam  (15 minutes extra time for non-native English speakers)
• 50 questions with a pass mark of 55%
• Closed book exam

PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner Exam

• online proctored exam
• Questions: 50 multiple choice questions
• Passing Score: 60% / 30 questions 
• Exam Duration: 150 minutes (2 hrs. 30 minutes) + extra time for non-native English speakers
• open book exam, only the official guidance is allowed

Exam vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. When receiving your exam vouchers, you will be able to redeem them on PeopleCert's website and choose your date and time for the online proctored exam.
