Training Program
Putting problem solving and decision making in the hands of the Scrum Team is a key principle of Scrum. The framework provides places for this to happen and the values help to create an environment where every team member is heard. However, it is not always easy to have a transparent Product Backlog. Sometimes team members lose sight of the goals, don't participate fully and/or can't reach agreement. Effective product backlog management guides the team towards the desired outcomes.
Module 1 - Understanding your stakeholders
Module 2 - Defining your Product Backlog
Module 3 - Refining your Product Backlog
Module 4 - Creating transparency
Be ready for a challenge and be a challenger! You will work in teams and learn by working, discussing and doing.
The course also includes a free attempt at the Professional Scrum Product Backlog Management Skills (PSPBMS) certification exam.
