What is the ITIL® 4 training path leading to ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) certification?

The ITIL v4 Managing Professional path consists of four training courses and certifications:

ITIL 4 Managing Professional modules are designed for IT practitioners that work within technology and digital teams in today's business. The Managing Professional (MP) stream provides practical and technical knowledge about how to run successful IT enabled services, teams and workflows.

To obtain the designation ITIL 4 Managing Professional, the candidate will have to complete all 4 modules.

How can I obtain the ITIL® 4 Strategic Leader (ITIL SL) certification?

The ITIL® 4 Strategic Leader (ITIL SL) is a series of two modules that are part of the ITIL 4 framework:

THe ITIL Strategic Leader recognizes the value of ITIL, not just for IT operations, but for all digitally-enabled services. The ITIL 4 Strategic Leader demonstrates that he/she has a good understanding of how IT influences and directs business strategy.

To obtain the designation of ITIL 4 Strategic Leader, candidates must complete the 2 modules of this stream.

The ITIL4 Strategist Direct, Plan and Improve is the universal module for both streams.
